I just want to increase the time it takes for the Siege tank to Siege by 1 second.
I modify the Info field at the Siege ability. I change some values. But it looks a bit clunky in game. As if the animation becomes messed up.
How can the time it takes to siege a Siege tank be increased by 1 second? (So it looks good)
I have done an example map to show you how to do this. You simply need to change the actor and stats duration in the morph ability. I made 2 siege tanks to show you the difference in time.

Is it the exact same solution to make Lurkers require 1 more second to burrow?
Yeah, exactly. It works for any morph type ability.
I just wanna be 100% certain I do this the right way.
There are three fields with added values in the Lurker info ability. (On the picture below)
Do I need to increase all three values with 1 second?

Only alter those that are not already zero/ones you need.
