As the title says, the unit will play its yes sound files [voice overs] when you right click on an enemy structure to attack it instead of its "attack" sound files. All other aspects of the attack are working just fine. How do I fix this?
Have you tried playing the attack sound in the editor and seeing if it says attack or if it says yes could be nothing wrong with what your data is simply that the sounds are mixed up.
Apparently unedited marines and wraiths (and possibly a lot more since those are the only 2 that I tested) also have this bug. So I think its a patch issue.

I did change that, but its playing the wrong sound link.
