Always ALWAYS make sure that player 0 is Neutral. (You can look in Player Properties and set it that way). Otherwise, the minerals and geysers will come up as enemies and you will not be able to harvest them. I learned this the hard way and wanted to share it and prevent more cases of it.
I did... they all had that red outline as if I had clicked on an enemy unit... I worked around the geysers by building an Assimilator/Extractor/Refinery.
Okay so I wanted to completely make a map by hand with my own ideas and whatnot, and I ran into a snag. The mineral lines get too close to the start positions and it throws the Nexus/Hatchery/Command Center too far.
Is there a guide or somewhere that I can go to learn how to place these resources?
I'm doing some heavy work on a map, and with the Terrans getting campaign units, I was wondering if there was a way to get every Protoss and every Zerg unit ever made into game.
The thread was told no more necros, and I'm not sure if this falls into the extremes UltiDrgn specified so I didn't PM him/her.
Now that that is cleared up, could I request that Hyperion model, but into a death animation? I intend for it to replace the Battlecruiser completely. I may be screwing up all over the place and stepping on toes here so I apologize.
I love your map. Umm, can you show me how to make a hero trainable just once? I'm smack dab in the middle of making a map that has at least 1 hero unit, and so far I have Kerrigan trainable, but it makes the player have her trainable more than once. The way you have heroes trainable is perfect!
Maybe you can send me a PM detailing what exactly I have to do. I still have Wings of Liberty and can only use the Liberty dependencies if that helps. I tried copying the Mothership's requirements and that did not work.

Ah ha! I fixed it... apparently I did a doofus move and made Neutrals enemies...
When I was messing with the player properties, I did this....

I did what you said and it worked out great, but now the resources show up as enemies and the workers won't harvest them?
Do I delete them and try again, or was there something I might have done wrong?

Maybe it could launch Protoss Scouts... like a big Protoss aircraft carrier with a power field generator under it to warp in a ground force.
