I got Muscular Augments to work in my Hydralisk Den, but I can't for the khala of me figure out how to get it to be clickable only once or give it a time limit like the other upgrades....
What do you mean with "time limit"? The "clickable only once" part is controlled by a Requirement added to the slot on the Research ability, in the same window where you also set costs and research time. There are enough Requirements for all the other upgrades to copy from.
I mean time limit as in if you were to click an upgrade for Terran Infantry Armor or Weapons and the upgrade has an amount of time before it's complete.
Have you ever looked at the Info+ field of a catalogue-type ability? This is the same for pretty much all of them, Build, Train, Research, Specialise...
The Requirement is a seperate data object which you have to create before you can add it to the ability.
For the clicking-only-once you need a requirement. Duplicate a learn requirement, alter the used upgrade to your upgrade and use that requirement in the research ability.
