New Confederate Missile Turret

Updated the Missile Turret to include proper build animation and damage effects.

This pack includes: Unit model, Textures, Unit icon and wireframe.

Note1: This pack also uses updated/redesigned textures that work for the Missile Buggy.

Note2: Best used with Legacy of the Void depencies, as standard textures also apply.
