Alpha 1.71 -

Rebalanced most towers damage/cost values to reflect efficiency.
some major things to note.
Draining Towers were nerfed hard.
Laser Towers were buffed quite significantly.
Meteor Towers were nerfed lightly.
All other towers that were changed were fairly minor changes.
All Tooltips should report correct values for each tower.
higher level towers are more "efficient" in terms of damage per mineral
Fixed using a difficulty other than Normal completely breaking the game
Changed waves 31+ to re-use assorted previous waves instead of just Marauders.
Fixed a bug with Warp Tower Speed Upgrade not being removed from the Power Source after researching it.
Still do not have range indicator when placing a tower. if anyone knows how to do this please contact me.
i had intended for this version to make swarmlings get stronger as they are killed. similar to how they spawn faster. but have been un-successful. Originally i was just going to increase their health. but seems starcraft 2 has a maximum hp of around 590,000. going above this gives units infinite hp.
