Fixed your builder being able to enter the "End" region and be despawned from the game resulting in a lost life (APART FROM LOSING YOUR BUILDER)

Added effects to units as they spawn
Added effects to units as they reach the end
All waves now have 3 armor
Increased Multi Cannon Tower damage from 20 a shot to 40 a shot
Added Tower which reduces armor
    Hydra Tower
        Cost     = 130
        Damage     = 30
        ASpeed     = 1
        AOE    = 2
        Status    = Reduces armor by 6 for 6 seconds
