WARNING: Older models may cause graphical glitches both inthe editor and in game. In case it happens to you tell me which model is causing the bug and I'll update it to fix the issue.
Hybrid Hydralisk would be perfect with "neon" lights and some little tentacles (not hen*ai XD) every where as the hybrid reaver (THE ZERG HYBRID)
Why sc1 is not on the images but is only on download list??
@ soulfilcher yhe the most modelers thought oo we need to make a new model but the best way is remove the textures and add the green grid alone the green grid have than animations closer to the original but thats doesnt mind if you have the model
@JacktheArcher: Go I know there's a psionic hydralisk lying around, but mine is going to look closer to the zerg hybrid unit. I plan on adding the glowing blue lines as well as some psionic appendages.
To make the placement model I just set it to use the same flags as the placement model found in the editor. Removed the textures that weren't used for placement models and edited the diffuse texture in photoshop. In fact it was the easiest change I made so far.
On your hybrid ydralisk there is another one in existence that is closer to the ingame models. However yours is very nice as well. How did you make the placement model?

@handclaw102: Go Yes, I was going for the cinematic version. I agree the holes from the spikes look weird, but I don't know if I'm going to work on a custom texture. Removing the teeth would be a problem as I's have to re-shape the jaw, so I made them smaller.

On the sc1 hydralisk, you could have left the spikes along its tail as the ingame sprite of the hydralisk had some, too, but I guess you went for the cinematic/highres model look. Still, it would be nice if the holes on the texture could be skinned away.
If you want to further distinguish it from the SC2 hydralisk, you could also remove the tusk-like teeth from the outer jaws.
Buuut... just my random thoughts on this. '

For the hydra u also need to low the central spike on the back of the head of the hydralisk

The "Ion Cannon" was simply cut from WoL's Data Core structure. I havent added a thing to it. So I guess I'm not that great anyway ;-)

A suggestion for the Ion Cannon: the cannon was much longer and similar to a big chaingun. I think chainguns from Jackson's Revenge is perfect for that model! Anyway good job
@ Soulfilcher The Wireframe from Sc1 Ion cannon is broken.

@rikky333: Go I used the alpha texture in SC2 files and it's actually lighter than the Medivac's. But I can work on a darker version too.
@Fireflychen: Go I can work on it too. What is best used as replacement, the metallic color?
Maybe you can make a version without teamcolor?
