Update Note V.4

- Receive report about snowstorm, and dissapearing boss health bar.
It is fixed now.

- Replaced the makro part with boss fight.
- Add cinematic and Boss fight banter to make better continuation with noir:evolution.
- Minor adjustment to Bay Ar abilities.
- Major terrain revamp.
