Some of these terraining submission tend to be small scenes, rather than terrains that you could use in traditional starcraft gameplay elements (This has been talked about here before iirc), i don't mind it personally, but I had a thought that you could add the Cutscene Editor to this category also, which excels in making scenes. People could label them as "Made in Cutscene Editor" or something like that.
Make sure your dds image dimensions are divisible by 4. (some reason this restriction came in 3.0 patch on our end, but blizzard files are fine if they are not divisible by 4)
Also A8R8G8B8 compression is really space consuming i use dxt5 compression personally.
If you work with layouts you can use the tag '<TextureCoords top="0" left="0" bottom="1" right="1"/>' to flip the image without needing to do a new image.

- Open the UI Module in the editor (Shift+F6)
- Turn on XML view in 'View-> View XML'
- 'Data -> Add Layout'; give it a name
- Find it in the left list and paste the fix into the right side text editor

This layout should fix the weapon and hide the xp bar

If i remember correctly you need to create the mods folder yourself in the SC2 folder,
"C:\Program Files\StarCraft II\Mods" (or where ever you have installed sc2)
The mods download has the L2DUnits mod

Check how the co-op mod (allied commanders) where blizzard has implemented this for the zerg commanders does it.
File -> Dependencies -> Add Other (Local Files tab, should be the top option)

If you need UI work i'd be happy to help.

There's a integer parameter on those actions called BossBarID
"UI - Display boss bar ---> 2 <--- with title "Boss", portrait Portrait and maximum value 100 for (All players)"

Can't you just change the boss bar index parameter on those actions and that's it?

This is amazing. Can't thank you enough for giving us these models & assets to use.

In data editor when you go to cursors, the texture tooltip says "This texture should be a 32x32 dds file in 32bpp BGRA format."
I tested importing custom cursor using paint.net A8R8G8B8 dds compression, it generated same file size and it accepted the image.
DXT5 compression did not work and gave error in game.

The attachment doesn't seem to work so here's a dropbox link. https://www.dropbox.com/s/w4a7wl41e7t3v8d/Trigger Beam.SC2Map?dl=0
