    LMAO, probably right...

    Quote from Doubleclick123:
    Re-Made, so... Either it means you have made the first version that came out a few weeks/months after sc2, or you have permission from (or prepared to ask permission) the guy who made the map? This doesn't enitrely apply, i've seen tons of maps re-made without permission and surpass the originals in popularity, but just saying, it would be nice.
    ----

    nothing like getting a map from another person at all.. just making a map that is simular in nature, only with out the BS! lol.

    think of it as your friends are going to have a party, a great party where everyone is invited, but not you.... now you know what salvation is. aka invite to the party. and im guessing you know where/what they consider their religous party is. :D

    the only way he could do this is take away the god given right to 'free will' other wise everyone (yes EVERYONE) would just be brain dead drones to say 'yes sir' as he commands, not to mention this conversation would be void. haha

    @Doubleclick123: i mean the reason he killed the Egyptians was a fully selfish reason, for his personal gain...

    ----you said 'he' also... maybe i should of used "it" or "thing"? haha

    @Gradius12:So the answer to your question: why can't we create life even though we can come to understand it? The same reason why we can't stop the tides from coming in & out even though we know how they work. The same reason we can't blow up suns or travel to other star systems even though we understand those too.

    ----Actually we can do the things you listed above... we can stop the tides from comming in and out. We can also travel to other star systems also...

    @Bilxor:I think religion was a necessary crutch for bronze age humanity, but thanks to great advancements in science and politics it is now counter-productive and unneeded.

    ----By deffinition religion is never needed and also it can not be a crutch either. thats like saying just because you think something it makes you worse for it. not even possible. Believing in something that can not be disproven is not a bad or wrong thing, at best its "whatever!" lol.

    "And I will harden Pharaoh's heart, and he will pursue them. But I will gain glory for myself through Pharaoh and all his army, and the Egyptians will know that I am the LORD." So the Israelites did this."

    I never knew the Christian god had a selfish side! Killing people and forcing them to pursue them, that's grade A selfish.
    ----

    well according the the bible, he fried a couple cities, he flooded the entire planet, he cause countless plagues, killed millions and millions of people. and you think he is selfish? if you had a cousin like this he would be shot while hung with electricity passing threw his body after they injected him. LMAO

    @madlibrarian:

    science 'fact' changes almost daily and certainly every so many years.... after all the world is not flat. also if you know of it, chaos theory, is verrrrry outer limits kind of stuff.

    posted a message on projectile question.

    @DrSuperEvil:

    PDD=point defence drone. ravens cast these units.

    Quote from Photoloss:
    PDDs attack projectiles like regular units attack eachother. The problem is that they don't deal damage right now, they just use the "negate projectile" flag, which bypasses HP, armor and all other damage-related combat mechanics.

    If switching to regular combat damage doesn't work you can stack a buff on the missile and require x stacks of it for the negation to occur.

    Or just increase the energy cost of using the weapon/decrease energy values on the drone like thomulf said.
    ----
    ok thats what i was wondering. if the projectile just got voided out regaurdless of information like hp's.

    i know how to make a pdd get depleated very fast, just up the cost of the attack to say 40energy. o.O. haha. or other things like that.

    let me ask you this. in this 'modern age' meaning 2012, why is it that we can not create life? with all the science that we now posses. we can map a human brain, we can determine what cells in the body are cancer, we can find out exactly what is wrong with anyone down to the DNA that a person has. but one thing that is not possible is when your dead, they bring you back to life, good as new... you might want to argue with a person can be called dead for 5-10minutes and they revive them... this is not what i am saying, what i  am trying to say is that george died by drowning in this own pool yesterday and they found him 36hrs later floating, why not just 'revive' him? because it can not be done. now the question based on "prove god exists", show me a guy who has been saved from death after 24hrs from 'science'. The only time anyone has been so called, brought back from the dead, was you know who in the bible. also science does not disprove the 'creation' theory, if anything it proves the perfection of a creation theory. god sappose to be the smartest 'thing' that ever existed. so when 'science' says this and that about anything in 'new' advances in technology or information it just shows how 'smart' god had to have been. or no? :P

    here is the one thing that i probably will never understand. how can christians, muslims, budhists, ect. say that their religion is correct and the others are wrong. WTF!? haha. I would think if your going down the religion aspect of life/existance then its impossible to determine what is the ''correct'' religion. They say that good always wins over evil. well thats because the good get to write the history books and the evil dont, LOL!

    Storm boss: Grothar: brings rain, snow, clouds, and other meteorological phenomena.

    Rain ability: effect would be the longer the unit remains in the rain the increased damage is given.
    Snow ability: effect would slow movement speed and attack speed.
    Cloud ability: reduces/removes vision from a attacking unit.
    Tornado: picks unit up and moves it away from caster

    posted a message on [Q] Non-clickalble Command buttons

    @Zulu23:

    i know the problem is solved but i have an easier solution... go to the command card in the data editor and make the button 'passive' not 'ability'. now you can see the button but can not click on it. you can also read what the button does from the description. no need for triggers and all of that. lol.

    Field    Marauder
    Ability:         Face    Concussive Shells
    Field    Marauder
    Ability:         Type    Passive

    Like that.

    posted a message on projectile question.

    Quote from thomulf:
    marine attack is not a projectile, but marauder shells are. any attack that's a ray or in which you don;t actually see anything flying to the target is not a projectile and won;t be stopped by PDD. You could also decrease PDD starting energy if this fix doesn't work.
    ----

    i just ment a marine attack does ''damage'' not that a pdd affects this. do pdd's cause ''damage'' to projectiles?

    Quote from EternalWraith: Go

    Been through most of the other religions. Done enough research to come to the conclusion that the bible is factually and historically correct.

    Can't let this one slip by. It's easy to be sarcastic as an atheist towards such a statement; I'm really not trying to.

    Do you really, actually believe that? That there are really no historical or factual errors in the bible?

    http://skepticsannotatedbible.com/science/long.html

    Can you really reconcile that with your assertion?

    Psalms 148:7
     Even the dragons praise the Lord.

    19:4-6
     The sun moves around the earth.
    ----

    here is the problem with you thinking there are errors in the bible.... if you take ever line litterly speaking by Your Knowledge of the world you would be correct in saying there where no dragons praising the lord. however when the bible was written the ''termanology'' they had back then was not what you use now. this science is also is not the same either. if you where never told the earth moves around the sun and you seen the sun move across the sky, whos to tell what one is moving and what one is standing still, without a point of refferance.

    Quote from FDFederation:
    @tdhsst: Go

    The egg came first. The chicken is the mutant offspring of whatever laid the egg (feathered dinosaur?).

    The person walking away didn't actually get struck by lightning. The headache comes from the pressure shockwave produced by rapid heating and ionization of the surrounding air when the lightning struck very close to the person. While the nearby surrounding air is ionized, the ionized particles, instead of the person, became the path of least resistance for the lightning. In a properly operated electric chair, the electricity travels directly through the person, else the person still remains painfully alive.
    ----

    (yes i am nots good at this english part, LOL) i didnt say the person was missed by a close lightning bolt strike, i said he was litterly hit by a lightning bolt. hence the fried egg part. haha.

    posted a message on Do you consider yourself part of an organized religion?

    it basicly sums up to this... what came 1st, the chicken or the egg? lol. people that 'believe' say that the chicken was created from nothing and then made the egg. as for my views on it, there is eveidence to show things that defy the laws of phiscis (yes i can not spell, lol) that do happen. a person struck my lightning and walking away with a headache? WTF! you can take the data from what a person can sustain such as an electric chair and the data on how powerful a lightining bolt is and if you use the data a person struck by lightning should pretty much fry him like an egg easily. other stories like this show that there is more to it than what it seems. science can you how something works but not why it works.
