I have 8 different levels of minerals you can get. I want level 1 to be 50 minerals and if the score is between 0-2500 it will constantly stay at 50 minerals fr the player with that score. I can't find anything in the trigger editor in variables or something with events that would allow me to do this. Everything asks for one specified player. Seriously who the hell put this editor together.
I'm running a trigger that will modify player resources and add bonus's if they get a certain amount of score. Is there anyway to apply triggers to any player so the trigger works as
-if "any player" achieves blah blah blah
-add 50 minerals to player that activated this trigger/(gets the score required)
I'm sick of creating 50 triggers of the same damn thing when if I could apply the trigger for any player would fix the problem in seconds. I've seen this in starcraft broodwar maps, but I can't find anything about this in starcraft 2
I have a question I can't find the answer to. Usually you guys are great.
How do I make my upgrade stack up each time its used? I've seen maps that have the upgrades go to infinity where you can constantly keep upgrading for what seems like forever like 100+upgrades on the special forces map.
Do you have to create each individual upgrade as a separate entity or is there a way to make it keep being available and constantly upgrade +1 for all units?
Here's what I've tried
-Data editor-TerranInfantryWeaponsLevel1
(basic) Upgrade:MaxLevel- 100
All this seemed to do was make the upgrade buyable 100 times, but it still kept the combat bonus at +3. How do I make it keep adding +1 for each time its pressed?
So I'm modifying an old map and now I cant create any units anywhere. I've checked all the pathing on the map, theres nothing blocking the ground area, I've deleted any pathing around the area of my unit creating structures which are using a 1x1 footprint. I can build buildings anywhere on the map, and I've also tried spawning units on a ground footprint and still absolutely nothing can find a placement location even with regular unmodified buildings like a barracks.
Whats weird, is that when I go into the editor, I can place units in the edtior around the map, but in game I cannot spawn them. Any ideas? Also, I had every building working before so it should spawn, but something seems wrong with the placement location somehow. I have no idea atm.
Update-Everything has an inner radius and footprint and for some reason all the placed units can walk through each other. What the hell?

Thanks for the help. It turns out that the dialog box for the data was that super skinny bar and for some reason, the editor decided to hide it to that and make me think all my data was gone... I found the solution that someone else had that problem. Lol, what for a stupid small thing to happen and waste so much of my time. Anyhow, have a good day.
How do I make a building spawn+unit auto move like Nexus Wars or Sand Castle Wars?
Are there any tutorials? I want to make it so you can choose the unit it will autoproduce, then the building takes over and will automatically produce the unit at the end of a set timer.
How do I find a general unit type in the Trigger editor?
I have a "specialMarine", and I need to use it as the condition or selected unit type to trigger an action. The editor is only letting me find units placed on the map. WHERE THE FUCK is the selection for a type of unit rather than specific unit.
Is there a way to target any of a unit created with events? I'm trying to make it so a specific unit will react to the action of the trigger. I'm trying to use the unit selection events, but it won't let me use a unit type. Its forcing me to use a unit thats already set on the map. How do I do a unit type and not specific map placed unit.
How to make buildings autoproduce units for 0 cost for the entire game?
How do I fix the UI to show minerals?
I didn't even touch it, but the minerals arn't showing up for player 1, but for every other player they are. How do I fix this?

or does only 3ds max work?

figured it out, I had large rock debris that was hanging off of the map which lead to a lot of problems. Deleted it and it turned out good.

No data appearing in the editor? No errors either?
I reopened my file up and there's no data in the data editor, Here's a pic of whats happening. I don't understand, how do I get the data to appear? I've already created a shitload of units. Put over 40 hours of work into this. Is there anyway to make it reappear?
