Posting is alright, don't worry. I just wanted to let you know that I'm not adding you to the list because you are only looking for people - so you don't get surprised! I absolutely recommend anyone to look for testers in this thread, by posting a reply or not. :)
Im searching for some additional Alpha Testers for 2 maps im working on, getting rid of the more serious issues and getting the core content in prior to making them a public beta. Testers must be in the EU region. The two maps im working on are: - Tank D (based of the Starcraft Brood War Tank v4.0 map) - Starcraft Roleplay (concept based of freeworld roleplay maps from Starcraft Brood War such as; rp_lathirion, rp_feyvern)
Current Versions (at the time of posting) are: - Tank D Alpha v0.4 - Starcraft Roleplay Alpha v0.2
Both need alot of work, but I just dont have enough ppl to test them properly at the moment, and work is slowing down because of the lack of feedback.
If your interested in testing one or both of the maps, please feel free to add me to your SC2 friends in (EU) Kane.241
Please do not ask me to give you the map files, because I wont.

I would like to throw myself in the pool of testers here. I have an extensive background for game testing most of them from Disney. While i will not be able to help with triggers and the such, i am excelent at noticing balancing issue, spelling errors, missing tooltips and hotkeys, and even odd collision detection and enviroment clipping. Keep me in mind. I prefer Tower Defence maps as i have an unhealthy obsession with them.

Hey, so I have this huge problem and I have no idea what to do, trees dont show up on the minimap and I see that as a pretty vital part in making a nice looking map. This is how it looks in the editor, trees are obviously the black thingies:
And this is how it looks ingame..
How can I make the trees show up as obstacles on the minimap? For example in some areas I have a big area with a maze of trees, having them not show up in the minimap looks crap.

Search for SCV in Data Editor
Open Ability > Command Card: 2
Here will be all basic structures the SCV can build, now select the refinery and click remove button, now beneath that is the Automated Refinery.

Edit your game variants and map dependencies to match what you want. I don't fully understand your problem so make sure to evaluate. :)

A good way to make sure you don't get double of a trigger, make a condition: If sentWave = false ... send wave and set sentWave = true

This will not solve the problem with the thingies not updating, to have them updated, you need to use
Leaderboard - Set (Last created leaderboard) item text at column 2 and row 2 to (Text(Blue Team))
where you update the variable. The leaderboards aren't autotracking whenever something changes - you have to update them manually!
