'.m3a' is used for models that need separate animations, like the civilian model. In order to have animations on it, you must add the '.m3a' file which contains them.
Look into the unit's actor and see if it has a model added into the 'Art: Model' field.
I am guessing that you might have added the model only in the 'Art: Model (Editor)' field, so the model won't show in the game but it will in the editor.
You might as well post the map here so I can examine your problem if the above solution won't fix it.
That option can be enabled the same as in the previewer.
Go to 'Render'-> 'Show geometry' -> 'Attachment points'.
But NOTE: Every World of WarCraft model has right weapon and left weapon attachment points.
To enable the model data in the cut scene editor go to 'Window' -> 'Model Data' and then click on the attachment point on the model to see the name of it.
You have managed to achieve a very creepy theme into your map. It fits in the world of Sanctuary.
But one note: why have you chosen that name?
It could have been nostalgic, in my opinion, if you modeled the terrain in the shape of a star of David ( ✡ ).
Make it feel like in Diablo II's Chaos Sanctuary where you fight Diablo.
Anyway, good job for using the assets acquired in a very imaginative way! With those blood canals and candles... skulls! Treasures! xD
I'll rate it on a scale of 0-10 as: 8.5 ( from the artistic point of view )
Mozared: "you'll be creating a terrain that is focused around textures. You can (and should) use doodads, but the main idea of this week's theme is that you create something interesting on the floor using solely textures, decals and ground prop doodads. Think really advanced-texture play to create a new kind of metal floor, or really detailed roads created with decals."

OFF WITH HIS HEAD!
He has profaned the mighty Gods of SC2 Terraining!
.P.S: Without beautiful terrain, there are no beautiful cinematics :P.

I can do better. I just don't want to do...
This is not a contest :) this is an exercise. I was playing with the emissive lighting. Wanted to do a colorful forest.

That is the shadow from the obelisk.
Shadows ruined the map view? xD

Hah! You cheated! And you are also wrong.
Here it is my forest. A very shiny one, so put some glasses first before looking into the map ;}.

You want me to search for your door? I believe there are doors that match your need.

I recommend using WoW models because warcraft 3 models are very outaded and unpolished.
They will look a lot ugly in SC2, besides, World of WarCraft has almost all WC3 models.

Funny? No. Blizzard Community managers ban only if they get very disturbed.
Enjoy the banishment!

I still can't believe but ... it is inevitable... all of my mods are gone after the patch-ing.
And I thought this day is blessed T_T
