Thanks for the reply, but I'm still confused. I looked through the actors, I didn't see anywhere that would cause them to search for weapon3. Tried changing around launch sites but that just made it worse.
well I dont think you can make a constant damage, but you can make one that delivers damage every half a second or something so that if a fast unit goes through it will ensure that it gets damage. You will have to change the damage amount though to something smaller.
For dealing damage throught the whole beam look at the Hellion weapon effects and see how it works.
So I modified the Colossus attack and change the laser beam model to the Hellion attack beam model. The weapon works fine on the Colossus, but when adding it to other units the beam is mess up.
It only uses the backwards colossus beam also, instead of both beams.
Yeah I've seen the battlecruiser models before cause I used them in my map. Haven't seen the others, might have to use that laser tank in the map I'm making now.
I have a Base structure that creates a power field level of 2. All buildings in my map need a level of 1, except for the Power Range Extender structure, it uses 2 and it creates its own power field level of 1. When the base structure is destroyed, which is powering the Power Range Extender building, all the buildings die except Power Range Extender, but it should die since it needs a power level of 2 and only creates a level of 1. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Whats your computer specs? Though If it can run SC2 it should be able to take the data editor...

I was hoping for the patch this week. The map I'm working is almost done, I'm just waiting for mouse tracking and that custom UI thing in the patch.

I'm not too good in the data editor, but I'm pretty sure that you can't issue an order like that without using triggers.

It is checked to die when underpowered too.
