    may b its the high section of the mountains making the map a little larger in tallness than normal may b if i lower the mountains i could shave off 2 MiBs? may b its because I'm using Raynor from the AM units and Annibele and they may b taking up allot of space with the very high amount of graphics on them. Hmm i tried that and its still 14.3.... don't know whats wrong..

    I guess I have 2 cut back on map size even more i guess..... I need help on cutting back please send in comments on how i should cut back. Oh and one more thing this map is better looked at in the editor.

    The way you would do this is with the triggers. the trigger would go something like... Condition: Player (1) (nexus) is destroyed

    Action: (Defeat) for player (1) (Victory) for player (2)

    is that what you are talking about? If you are trying to make a doodad a unit you are going to hit a dead end. If you duplicate any random unit and go to the actors there is a section in the actors that allows you to change that unit to look like and doodad or unit you want it to look like. you can even have your own custom death and custom portrait when you click on it. is solution #2 what you are talking about?

    Yeah i know i haven't added pathing to the map yet without pathing it doest matter how high you make the tallest peak ;p. And about the quest building this is going to b a 3rd person map so people can look around the buildings.

    Ok well I cut down on the map size a heck load and lowered the mountains some and magically its now not a supermegaultra lagfest (still lags some) All i did was add some more doodads after resizing may b I need 2 cut back = /

    Another thing you may want to look at is in the data editor there is a section where certain units are stronger or weaker fighting specific units. The fact is you cannot balance a map super fast. balance comes after many many tests, suggestions, and corrections.

    refering back 2 what Basic Gear said.. like i said in my first post we should remake and super upgrade them. For example like in specal forces you no longer need 80 buildings on the map so the player can create what he/ she wants. you can make a building look like anything and have it be able to create units, tech, upgrade, or even have specal abilities. Heck in Starcraft 2 you don't even need buildings to do that if you make the right triggers. But i do see what he is saying and i appreciate his concern.

    Hey I am attempting to make my own RPG. At the moment I am working on the terrain and doodads I have just been wondering If people would like it. So here is the map send some feedback on what you like or do not like about it please. Oh and one more thing the terrain is not completely finished yet ill post the finished terrain/ doodads and see if people think i should change it more.

    I Joecab have created my most epic and complex doodad building ever. I have not completed the pathing because people will most likely copy and paste it into their own maps and its a very annoying job. please if you do copy n paste add me in the credits I may make more buildings like this one. post on how you like it =D. (yes the building does have an inside)

    I was wondering how I can link a download to Starcraft 2 Mapster in a post like this. I had made an epic building created out of doodads that could simply be copied pasted and then just correct the doodad's hight.
