The first picture is the terrain before i put any doodads down. It is there to show the terrain mix and match. Fire wouldn't be suitable because it would have been out long before the jungle would have started to regrow. The five pictures were taken when i finished. I did not add, or remove, anything inbetween taking the pictures. Yes, I could have spent the extra time to make the area around the meteor look more realistic, but i did not. thanks for the feedback.
I recently finished my first yr of college, and I'm shooting for a BS in computer science. My father is a computer networker/analyst so the love for computers and computer games only comes natural. I've been a young musician for 5 or so years. I bought my first acoustic guitar about a month ago, and I love it. I started playing around with the wc3 editor a few years ago off and on. My reason for editing wc3 and sc2 is to gain a tad bit of experience to help myself towards a CS degree.
making many different board games would be very cool but for now it is way over my head lol. i'm mainly focused on getting a set movement system down right now. also, i love civilization and that's a great suggestion. i will have to look into it.
the only way i can think of is to make up, down, left and right buttons. whenever a player clicks one of the buttons have lots of triggers ready to get the button pressed, player's position, possible move points, how many moves the player has (what the player rolled)...etc. i don't know if there's a better or more efficient way of doing it other than making a ton of triggers
because they do not manage their time wisely and it affects their friends or family. so in turn their friends or family tell them to get their priorities straight and this ultimately leads to them to the point of rationalizing why mapping/modding is irrelevant to their lives. something like that?

@fattestcat:
create a new action and search for "pick players in player group". change the player group to active players
then under that create an action "create units for (player) at point"
change (player) to "picked player"
picked player returns the "pick players in player group" hence "picked" player
this will create units for all of the players that are active.
