Might I suggest that you adjust the spacing in the text "Fortress Wars". At the moment the spacing between the capital 'F' and 'ortress' is a bit too big, same for the 'W' and 'ars'.

use "set dialog background" and set the background as an empty or 100% transparent texture

Crazybump is a good and legitimate bumpmapping tool, I use it myself. And I kinda like their site design, simple and functional

In this tutorial I used a white texture for bumpmaps, but you can ofcourse replace that with a real bumpmap :)
