Check the AI actions in the trigger editor, im sure there's something somewhere. Dont only search for rebuild but also just simply "build", cause it might be an option in another action. Also, for creep tumors, if theyre being built by an AI, count on it that they're gonna be placed retardedly and most likely be pointless instead of constructing a creep highway.
Currently I can't force AI to build preplaced(but not innitialy created) creep tumors - bullies are enabled, computer have queen, and another creep tumor, but something is wrong ;/
The AI doesn't want (can't? is too stupid?) to rebuild stuff that can't be built by workers. You'll have to write your own trigger that forces them to do it.
This can be expanded with lots of things: checking if the queen has enough energy, if there's still creep when she gets there, sending an overlord to vomit creep if there isn't, making a nearby tumor rebuild it, storing all the preplaced tumors in an array and periodically checking if they're still alive...
What hes saying is abandon using AI functions, they are really terrible (u can always ask in AI development??). Issue orders (perhaps AI suggestions) to queens and creep tumors.
While back i wanted creep tumor's for an AI to spread i make a loop issuing an order to find a point away from self and other tumors and spread. Just be careful, the loops if not escaped properly can cause lag

How to tell Ai how to rebuild target unit? For example my own unit, that is builded from my type of worker(not drone).
And how to order queens/creep tumors to rebuild creep tumors? I know how to do it with normal units, but with creep tumors?

But queen have build ability. So why it isn't working? And when I add my unit to scv build ability, this still not works.
It's a limitation of the AI. It only know how to (re)build units that it's been programmed with. I guess creep tumors weren't on their list =]
You'll have to write custom AI triggers for those custom buildings.
@Tolkfan: Go
And how do I make so it can build new creep tumors? The AI, I mean? Is there a script I can write or something?
It's that I'm making my campaign's AI, but the Creep Tumor thing is the greatest obstacle I have now. So much for Queens as for other Creep Tumors.
