Hope the next WTE has something to do with the city, revolution, and whatnot because I have been working on a little mini 1 minute movie :D (that is if I am even done with it 1 or 2 weeks from now)
Sure I will write up a step guide on how to do it. There are 2 main ways to achieve this effect.
To change everything to a wireframe in 5 seconds or less, open the editor terrain window, click on "render" at the 4th button over from the top left in the toolbar, and click wireframe mode. This changes everything to a wireframe.
To change specific actors / doodads, open the data editor, Click on the actor's tab, find the actor / doodad you want to change to a wireframe and click on it. (Now in the part on the right search "flags" in the search bar.) You should see one of the fields called "model flags". Click on it and check the box that says "wireframe render". this changes the single actor / doodad to a wireframe mode.
I found in the actors, there is a flag that lets you turn wireframe mode on and off for certain models, or under the render tab at the top of the editor, there is a wireframe mode. This could make for a cool super virtual world effect, or you could place something like this on a star map or briefing. So I made a quick test of this, the first picture is without wireframe mode, and the second one is with wireframe mode with a green tint and lit up a bit more with the tint. Could call this one A Virtual World.
WTE 138 has not been posted yet, should one of us post it up for mozared? If so, should we take SheogorathSC's Idea, or Save it for next week and come up with our own?
How bout you assign each letter with a number, you pick a number, and any doodad that has that letter in it, or starts with it for certain ones, then you use those. easier than numbering many a doodads.
So say I choose number 8, and number 8 is the letter c and any doodad that has the letter c in It I can use, not sure what to do with letters like a, e, I, o and u personally, but just want to get the gears turning in the head. (or even you cannot use a doodad with the letters and you could choose 2 or 3 numbers)

I personally love the re creating the worst or the first terrain idea :)

lol, I wish I knew more about the cutscene editor. The only cutscene I have ever done is (fade in) marine dancing, switch camera angle (fade out).
