I figured I'd post this here just for kicks. Although I think the effects of sc2mapster on the custom map scene have not been as positive as claimed I didn't see a reason why not to post this. Mostly just curious to see if Sixen deletes this thread.
Rise of the Reich
A full world Diplomacy/RTS/Grand Strategy game with premium content!
Gameplay Description:
-Triphibian Warfare. Use combined arms with air, land and sea forces to win on the battlefield!
-Great new UI! Both intuitive and in-depth with a clean and neat layout! We are designing it to be "no-read" - meaning that the player will not have to read it to instantly know what to do.
-New Research system! Unlock new units, abilities and other goodies to gain advantage.
-Tech trees! Similar to StarCraft 2's races system (ie Terrain, Protoss and Zerg) we will be adding, initially: United States, Great Britian, Germany and USSR tech trees!
-New Diplomacy interface! Easy to use! A "no-read" design that gives you great flexability in your dealings with other natioins!
-Generals! Chose your general and level him through the game to gain new abilities, bonuses and the ability to call in special units. Do you want to be an armor user with Field Marschall Rommel? Or do you want to bring the Luftwaffe in with crushing force as Field Marshall Kesselring? Or do you prefer the solid and effective broad-strategy outlook of Field Marshall Von Rundstedt?
-Specialise in a single tech tree that fits your play style!
-Easy to learn and fun to use tactical gameplay mechanics! Infantry Squad AI, infantry cover mechanics, amphibious warfare and lots more!
-Unlockable units! Tired of seeing the so-so M6 Heavy Tank?
