Find 'C:\ProgramData\Blizzard Entertainment', then delete it.
It's actually a rare SC2 bug that would randomly occur on some player's computer. It has chance to happen on every maps which used custom models. So if your map has similiar issues(even you map doesn't use War3 Mod), you can fix it via this trick.
It's just the SC2 engine failed to compile the shader of some models. And SC2 would cache shaders after its first time compile. So what you need to do is delete the shader cache, and then restart the map, which would force the game to compile the shaders again.
That just saved me a lot of time! Thank you for sharing this. I wasn't going to guess that it was shader issue anytime soon.
And this indeed can affect any other map. I'm suprised there's no info about this anywhere else (or maybe i missed it?).
For clarification purposes, only Shaders30989 (30989 is a build ID - may differ in future) directory from \Blizzard Entertainment\StarCraft II\Versions must be removed. If you don't want to lose all downloaded maps from battle.net.

yes, delete the entire directory is just for safer case. Most of the time you only need to delete the latest Shaders version.
