If this is in-game we're talking, like Day9 said, 'get your ego out of the game' helps so much. It's hard to do, but if you go into games with an expectation of "I'm new at this stuff, I'll probably lose, but heck, I don't care, I just want to play the game" you'll never find yourself raging because you simply don't care about losing, regardless in what kind of fashion it is.
I personally do that, Even in games (feel) I am good at, Since Everyone (with a few exceptions perhaps) Has someone better at a game than they are, and unless the game is played for a prize or similar (in which case the objective is the prize, rather than "fun") I don't worry about winning so much as having fun.(I also never try to go for high-scores, If I get one, it is a skilled accident (no such thing as luck imo)) I wish more people took this approach however.
