ProtossBuildingPowerUp is an event macro. Remove it from the unit actors you removed the power behavior from and everything should work again I think.
In case you don't know what an event macro is: It's a seperate actor that is practically just a list of actor events. Adding that to the event macro field of any other actor will practically add all its events to that actors events (So let's say you set up the events for a rainbow-archon like thingy. If you made it an event macro, you could apply the rainbow stuff to any actor you want just by adding the macro to them)
So that is why my little ice tower ability suddenly isn't coloring right, will have to investigate this further when I get home. Sounds worth messing around with if it can do all that, if only I could think of a practical purpose for it....
