you could also try giving the mineral fields a buff and put a create unit effect in the effect: effect final field of the buff. you can just leave the display "ok2" part of your trigger and it should still match up fine with the create unit effect.

I believe that you can't Replace a removed unit you may be able to just create your unit at the position of the removed unit tough I'm not sure.
