Ok so what I want to do is change the unit height when a button is pressed if this is possible with actor events to change its hieght or if I need triggers to change its hieght ( plane flying low and flying high ) so the hieght will float higher when the button is pressed then a triiger is able to read that it is at a certain cliff level. Or just tell its flying higher. Just give me something than nothing to help me get there.

you can change the height of a unit with behaviours, catalogs, same as the mover.

There is also a Change Unit Height action and you can set any real variable equal to the unit property of height for comparison.
