Is its possible that in dialog item after number convertion make it size more visible, greater?
Dialog - Create a label for dialog "ANY" with the dimensions (100, 50) anchored to Top Left with an offset of (100, 50) with the text (Text(Integer)) color set to White text writeout set to false with a writeout duration of 2.0
You can always change the size, location and transparency of a dialog item at any point you want, by using the set dialog .. triggers. Note that changing size of the text has to be done through the preset styles. I don't know if this is what you were looking for.
Then I am not sure what you mean. "size of that variable Integer.." I might be reading it wrong then, but an integer doesn't have a fixed size, for one it's an integer, so it is a number stored in it, and variables like integer can always be changed through set variable and modify variable. Err, anyway, I am sure I am misunderstanding what you are trying to do.

combine text and set a text style before the variable and set after it:
