Ok so I'm not really sure if it's strings triggers that I need, but I would assume so. I've tinkered with it and have basic editor knowledge with strings, so i'm having a hard time even getting the idea together.
What im trying to do:
Have a "hire button" that randomly shows a dialog of 1 out of 40~ units every round that can be hired. (I dont need any help with the actual dialog creations)
- It needs to show a dialog picture of the unit
- Dialog text of the unit
- Once purchased, can create that unit
- Cost of the unit
- Randomly changes each round to show a new unit and have these 4 variables linked to the same unit.
Not to confuse anyone, I have no issue making this dialog or the images, i just don't know how I'd be able to string this together. I would know exactly how to do this without strings except the triggering would be to long and would most likely crash or not even load.

Take a look into structs/records and try working with them.
They basically allow you to combine multiple variables into one container.
@Mille25: Go
Where is the structs/records found? i see no such trigger? is it a sub trigger?
A record is not a trigger, its a data structure. At the top of the screen you should have a button to create a new record.
