I am trying to figure out where to go to make it so that a unit that has aggro on you will pursue you indefinitely, instead of giving up the chase and returning to their original position after a short distance. If this is not possible, I need to at least make it so that when the units return to their original position, they regain all of their life. Any suggestions?
For the first option:
Give the unit an attack order, for example when it starts attacking. You can make a trigger with that event.
If given an attack ORDER rather than just attacking things nearby it WILL chase your target. I noticed this earlier.
For the second option:
Trigger for Unit becomes Idle, then Set Unit Property.
The values are under Gameplay Data (Default SC2 Gameplay Settings), specifically "Acquire Leash Radius"
As for the latter it's easy enough to make a behavior that will cause a unit to rapidly regenerate and then add a validator to disable the behavior if the unit is out of combat. The amount of time required for a unit to go out of combat is also under Gameplay Data (default is 3 seconds.) I believe a unit is put in combat any time it attacks or takes damage.
how would u increase the AGRRO radius so u can agro mobs further away than normal cuz for me player 15 units that wander dont attack at a certain raidus which makes my hero able to kill them without being agro

I believe you should look under Weapons > Minimum Scan Range
