i don't know how to make zerglings stronger and wroth more exp ever time i spawn a new wave of them like if the first wave was 100 hp and 10 attack then next wave would be 101 hp and 10.5 attack and so on but i don't know how to stack it or if it can be done
but how do you put points on the new units for the behavoir will be one higher then the last set of them

Modify custom values throu triggers. Or apply stackable behavior to the spawned units via trigger.
