Back in sc1 when you placed sentry gun doodad turrets, you could lower/raise them by doing the toggle doodad trigger. How do you do that with the new turrets/supply depot?
In the Data Editor under Turrets there's an "Idle" field. Try changing that to "reset." I actually haven't tried this, just a guess. Let me know if it works.
EDIT: After playing around a bit in the editor, I think DoubleElite is right. For turrets that go back underground afterwards, there are two states. ie: Perdition Turret and Perdition Turret (Underground)... use that and the default settings should be fine to make it raise and lower.
@sangeli: Go
For supply deopts, you can just use "issue order to unit -> Supply Depot (Lower)/Supply Depot(Raise)"
For the perdition turrets, you can't order them to unburrow because even though they have the ability, they don't have that ability on a button. So first you have to give them a button to press, and then you can use a trigger to issue the order (something like PerditionTurret Unburrow). You may also have to remove some behavior or modify some abilites if you don't want them to automatically burrow when they go idle.
I think sentry guns already have a burrow/unburrow button, so you can trigger them without much fuss.
ok, i think i can figure it out. i am making a trap where the turrets are burrowed until some units get in the middle of a valley, then they all pop up and rape face.

The Doodads should have, say "Turret" and "Turret(Lowered)", Just look for the "Lowered".
@DoubleElite: Go
but they are units not turrets
