im in dire need of trigger coder to help me to make my map ive spent days and day and feel retarded to the point i came here begging for a coder. no guide can possibly help my retardation
only triggers i need are spawn waves, leader board and anti building blocker.
How about some Info about what you are making and how far you are.
Because right now I look at that and I assume you're making a tower defense. And that's it. That's one tower defense out of a million that are already published.
Right now I have reason not to think that this isn't going to be another mediocre map that might not even get finished even if you get these triggers.
If you want someone to make systems for you, you need to advertise your map. You need to make it tasty.
Y its kinda... most of people wont help you if you dont plan to finish the map. How will they know that ? You have to show that you have soemthing done.
Our project is is development for about 6 months now. But month or something in SC2 since we switched from Wc3. There we did few tests, but we are making new models for SC2.
Tho I still have problems finding proper coder...
So, my suggestion would be, do whatever you can by yourself. Then post some video. Then, people will probbly dislike it coz you are not capable of doing things that you need help with, but you are forced to show it anyway. With luck, you will get few people.

well good news is its pretty much done for tirigger after 8 hours of tuts and learning i finally got the basics. anyways only thing i really need help on now is the anti blocking building. if possible make it 2x2 anti blocking.
this map is based soly on pathing, if u guys having played this game load itup on utube or ur ipod. the weapons and unit takes me 1 to 2 hours top to make it all. so im saving those for the very last.
there is one last thing im not sure if its possible, but is there a trigger for setting monsters hp.
And i believe there is some function to deduce whether something is blocking or not, try searching the forums.. There is definetly a mathematical way though (also search forums :P)

i added this after the line that spawns the units.
i did search the forums only one guy has the real working one and hes not releasing it. the only other one is to convert wc3 one which i have no clue how to do.

Known Bugs i cant fix:
every 5 rounds a duped round is spawned (2 rounds instead of 1 at same time)
not all units are removed on end region
the whole script works til round 10 when it summons the boss and 2 tanks. the 1 boss triggers 5 UNIT DIES to run, i serously cant see why its doing that.
Very rarely a unit invokes a death twice (i think i had that with infested marines)
I'm very bad at understand other people's code but i do see alot of things that are unnecessarily complicated because you dont know the real action to use
Like when you use picked integer from 1 to player count and then check if they are playing, you can use Pick Each Player in player group (Active Players) instead, that picks active player numbers
Or your giant Current Wave Number if statement - you can replace all that by a single (Wave Number mod 10 != 0)
Try those things and try to make your code more logical, it will make bug finding much easier and you'll definitely prevent causing bugs accidentally
And comment everything, small codes are still easy to understand but big codes, even if you made them, will get confusing
LOL rarely i know how to abuse it, its simple kill the last 2 units with 1 atk at same time causes the unit death trigger to run the number of mobs killed.
i was doing this with nukes on my runners map i was able to get as many as 12 triggers to pop at same time when its supposed to run once.
i cant use =! 90 times to block out 10 levels. but i alrdy knew this.
anyways if someone can help me with a solid code fix ill trade for anti blocking code.
also why am i getting overstack errors on 1 unit spawning but not others?
