So you are only using one of the Launch Missile effects? You need to change the search to only look for one target and use one of the five tentacle launch missile effects. You then have a Set effect using search area effects that uses the Launch Missile effect for each tentacle.

I changed it like this. I made search areas for each tentacles and connected them each different launch missiles. And edited the set into a bunch of search area stuffs. But still other tentacle's doesn't move
The searches go for targets based on distance by default unless you use a TSRandom Target Sort.
You only set one tentacle Missile actor up like this and tested them sequentially? This means the missile actor is being created fine just the Reference Set for the attachment is not working. This means you either are using the wrong AttachMethods/Site Operations for the Hosting: Hosted Attachments fields or you have made some typing mistake with the stuff that uses the string from the Hosting: Hosted Attachments - Name field (it is very sensitive).

How tentacles work is the attachment point of the Attacher bone on the model is associated with a string which can be anything (Hosting: Hosted Attachments - Name). Using the scope of the launch missile ability the tentacle actor is set as the supporter reference for the missile actor. The missile actor on launch then changes the hosting of the attacher bone to the missile. The tentacle visual is then just a ribbon between the bones.

Probably is best to remove it since applying a scope reference to your string is not adding anything to the functionality that you are using the tentacle for.
When adding new references you go to custom and type them in. If they have been used once by another actor they will then appear in the reference list.

How are your Search Area effects set up for using the Launch Missile effects?

Ok next level of debugging change the Invisible model used by the Missile type actor for one of your tentacles to a marine and see if that is working.
