I think they are just using the campaign-models, so use the campaign as a dependency.. If they are custom-models for that map, you can find the Left 2 Die Dependency by searching under battle-net and Blizzard mods I believe.
i dont actually know if that is what you are looking for, but try this:
Go to File -> "Dependencies ..." -> know click "Add Standard" and choose "Liberty (Campaign).
This way you import the campaign units. After a restart they appear in the data tab. But i dont know if you get the Left 2 Die units as well this way.
If they are not, you can try this: Same as above, but click "add Other" in the dependencies. Now go to the Battle net tab, log in and search for the Left 2 Die Mod. I didnt tried this, but maybe they are out there somewhere.
Edit: Tried the second approach and yes, there is the left 2 die mod!! have fun
Yes, there it is. But this mod contains only models, without other stuff(units, actors, abilities, effects, behaviors) that is needed in game to make it work. My question is how to import it from blizzard map?
I believe the dependancies does not include the datas that are specific to the left2die map. So you gonna have to copy all by yourself. Check the threads about importing data, it might be quite long.
But here's another problem - mod have 40 mb. But in my opinion, there's another stuff, that I'm not using (transmission sounds, etc?) - need only unit stuff. So is there way, to extract only data that I need?
I think the easiest way to get all the unit data is to open the Left 2 Die MAP not MOD in the editor. Then save the map as a mod, upload your new mod L2D mod. Create a new map and use your new personal L2D mod as a dependency. I got it to work but its been awhile since I did it so if you can't get it to work I'll mess with it and see if I can remember everything I did. Also turning a map in to a mod is pretty easy search the forums their are few threads the explain it.
Could someone tell me step by step, how to import special infesteds, and new mercs from that map?
