This is driving me nuts. I thought all weapon speed was based on *Stats - Period*? I'm trying to change the speed of the colossus thermal lance weapon. I've changed the period but all it did was update the weapon tool tip speed to reflect what I changed it to. How do I make it shoot faster?

There is a problem in that you cannot increase the collossus weapon speed beyond a certain speed without completely messing up the beam actors. The beam only uses one mover which can only move at a certain rate. If you move too fast, the persistant goes so fast the mover messes along with the beam and if it resets before it moves to the end and is destroyed then it wil moves left and right without covering the full distance. Altering the speed of the mover also has it's own issues. What you are trying to do is far from simple.

Changing ''Stats - Period'' should work, it worked for me.
you have to edit the create persistent lance left right too
