I based this from OneTwoSc's tutorial here. I've followed it to the letter (except for the part about adding effects, my weapon doesn't deal AOE) and my beam wont show up. Here is what I have so far.
Weapon
Reaper - Heated Bullets
Actors
Reaper - Heated Bullets Launch Site
Reaper - Heated Bullets Impact Site
Reaper - Heated Bullets Beam
Reaper - Heated Bullets Attack
Reaper - Heated Bullets
This is the weapon and all the settings I changed with it. I purposely omitted the damage effect because that's all it is, damage. I feel its irrelevant to why the beam isn't working as well. The damage effects name is Heated Bullets (Damage)
Effect: Effect
Reaper - Heated Bullets Damage Note:I feel it's important to note that this field is not the light green color you usually get when modify values. I don't know why this is but I think it may be a huge reason why I am having issues with my beam not showing up. And it may just be another reason why I had this problem. Is it possible that I could have set my custom weapon as the base default for the reapers weapon?

Any ideas as to why my beam wont show up? Everything else works fine.

There is no Art - Beam field in any of the mentioned actors. There is an Art - Model field (in the Beam actor) and that is set to GhostSnipeAttackBeam (Unnamed). So I should be seeing the snipe beam instead of nothing. :(

Added the beam actor to the Art - Beam field?

Under the Action actor. It sounds like all you want is an archon like attack.
