@Stexen: Go Your mod needs to be published on the Battlenet so you can publish the map. Check if the mod is published or not. If it is add the pubished mod as a dependency, not the one on your computer.
For some reason, i cant check for a single mod over battle.net when i check in dependencies, it always shows zero. Is it possible for me to publish the mod from my cpu myself then load it into my map?
@Stexen: Go Yes it is, just like you would for a map. And then you add it to your map so you can upload the map too.
How exactly are you searching for mods? You have to choose a source and then search for a word or part of words. Maybe the mod you want isn't published in your server or maybe it isn't for public use.
Trying to uploaded a mod that i downloaded from a site. When i goto publish the map, it wont let me publish it with that mod i downloaded.
how do i fix that?

i mean that i see no mods what so ever, ive never seen a mod there at all. Regardless what i search for it comes back empty. Firewall maybe?
