I want my hero to have the ability to cast a healing spell on himself, apparently I need to make it from scratch, I don't know how to do that.
Before you post, I did read a tutorial, but I got lost at the making behaviors part.
If anyone can find a noob-friendly data tutorial or just tell me very clearly how to do it, it will be a huge help.
The ability I want to make is:
Name: Revitalize
Cost: 100 Energy
Effect: Heals 1500 life and 200 energy
Instant: Click the button and it's done
Target: Self only
Cool Down: 5:00 min.

Well, besides modifying basic data values like life, shields, armor, attack damage and speed, but that's easy as 5th grade addition to you.
Also speaking of shields, my (non protoss) hero has shields and the editor says it cannot find an attach shield or some thing, and the hardened shields buff is not taking effect.

you dont need a bahavior, thats stupid not for 1 unit.
Use a modify unit effect. and change vitals feild to 1500 life, and 200 energy and a Target - Instant Ability(Might be Effect Instant im sleey)
You may have to change Target, to caster in the modify unit effect.
on the ability itself you link to the effect.
set the Energy cost under the cost + feild on the ability also this is where you set the Cooldown
, and make a butotn and put that under the Comman > execute
I mean its pretty simple, ill post again tomorrow with pictures and such so you can get a good idea of what to do if you want.

Depends if you want it to be healed over time or not.
Hardened shields buff is not affected by visuals. The actor is failing to find a host attachment point so is erroring.

How do I fix the host attachment point?
What exactly did you do to hardened shield because I cannot replicate your issue.
