So you are saying that units which die during the ability are revived and then still pulled to the caster?
Maybe apply a buff with a short duration to units that are revived using the same trigger which Unit Compare Behaviour Count type validators on effects of the ability detect that prevents them from affecting freshly revived units.

So the model used for the Missile type actor is not being destroyed on impact? Looks like an actor event problem.
In the attached map I cannot see any similar bug.
