- Damage effect when landing
-> easy, add effects to morph ability (info window, panel on the right side)
- Landing on units
-> not easy, I've solved it with a new barracks morph. Might be easier to set it up in a single morph ability with multiple morph units like the Zerg unit morphs. I've encountered a problem with the placement model which I've solved by just adding an actor for my new intermediate-morphed-unit.
For logical reasons you might want to use some force effects to push alive units away from the centre as the building finishes landing (just before the area becomes unpathable. This is to prevent any chance that units could become embedded inside the building. It also probably looks better as the embedded displacement handling might not be graphically the most eye pleasant at times when it tries to eject embedded units.
You might also want to consider the impact this will have on massive units underneath. Seeing a barracks displace a Thor, Colossus or Ultralisk will look quite poor, especially when they take the damage and not the building (despite appearing ~ the same size as the building).

As per the title is it possible to make buildings be able to land on units and deal damage/shove them out of the way when it lands?
Still alive and kicking, just busy.
My guide to the trigger editor (still a work in progress)
Sounds fun!

@Ahli634: Go
You are an amazing person thank you.
Edit: Like you thought. a multiple unit morph works and is probably better (at least uses less abilities)
