When the game starts, the zerg hatchery has 3 larvas ready to be used. A newly built hatchery start with 1 larva.
How can I make so the hatchery at the start of the game only starts with 1 larva?

There must be a field for it in either Gameplay Data or Race Properties/Settings in the Data Editor.
Well if it is, I cannot find it.
Might also be a propery of the Spawn behaviour for preplaced units. Try altering the Requirement that caps the number of larvae as a test
