more than likely have a thread that runs either in a infinite loop or every second or less. depending on performance or whatever, either a thread for each lurker or one thread that loops through all the lurkers and checks number of enemy units in circle with radius of 6. if > 0 then burrow.
Would be better done in data. Probably looking to do something like the medic heal in thats its an autocast ability that checks for enemy units in range and then burrows it.
The first way that comes to mind would be a behavior with a periodic search effect searching for enemy units, which then applies an Ability Command effect on the source unit to cast burrow.
