So as the title suggests, I'm not having much luck making beams do what I want here. Essentially all I want to have happen is have one create persistent offset and create a second create persistent, that create persistent has an offset with a dummy effect, and have the beam appear between Create Persistent 2 and Dummy Offset Effect. I know how to do this using sops, but I want to find out how to make this happen regardless of wherever the Create Persistent 2 is created. Anyone know how to do something like this, it is easy if I have at least one actor to launch from, but it gets REALLY moody otherwise. Am using periodic stuff on the create persistents by the way, I think the beam actor is where my real problem is.... Here is a screenshot of the actor, but I'm sure my setup is total crap fyi, lol.

You need to create 2 Site actors in desired points, after both have been created you may create your beam. For example:
Persistent 2 start -> at effect -> create Site1,
DummyEffect Start -> at effect -> create Site2,
Open Site2 events+ put there ActorCreation -> Create "your beam"
In your beam set Host Launch+ to ::Creator (will be Site2), set Host Impact+ to ActorFind "Site1"
Okay, I don't think I've ever successfully made site actors, how would I go about making proper ones for this?
