Hm... I think, it is not possible the "traditional" way. You will need to use a workaround, and it might be hard without using triggers. You could maybe use a 3rd party unit, some sort of bag hub, possibly with the interact ability, but this is probably not exactly, what you want, it would function more like a shared stash instead (and I am not even sure, if it would work flawlessly).
Other possible workarounds include filling up the shared inventory of all heroes via trigger, each time one of them modifys their inventory, or a custom, dialog-based inventory, which you could handle however you want.

My map has a few heroes and I want them to share an inventory bag (as in most RPGs where you control 2+ heroes) how do I accomplish this?
