    Bug Description

    [Fenix does not show up with the Judicator and Tassadar, although he voices lines in this scene. His portrait is supposed to be at the mid-left. During his dialogue, the outline of the portrait is highlighted. However, the portrait screen only shows static there for the whole briefing, so even though there are three speaking, it shows only two characters.

    EDIT: FENIX's zealot portrait does not show up in briefing scenes, despite having dialogue.
    EDIT 2: Fenix's Dragoon portrait displays on briefing scenes, but not pre-dragoon zealot.]

    He shows fine for me in mission 2. Did you mean mission 3? He is not showing for me in mission 3. If you meant mission 3, you can close this as a more updated issue was opened and omega marked it as "fixed pending release" here: https://www.sc2mapster.com/projects/starcraft-mass-recall/issues/153
