Battlecruiser Yamato Cannon research does not actually unlock Yamato Cannon on battlecruisers. Might be global issue. Looking at at the map and SCMRMod, it seems like some sort of dependency issue with the requirement. Omega Squadron Diamondbacks have 6 weapon and armor upgrades applied to them. It seems Diamondbacks, Medics, Wraiths get double ugrades. Some other units might be too, I didn't build them. Other than that, mostly bug-less. The Magellan problem from last mission is definitely global, though.
