Space Construction
1v1 Map. Idea based on space station construction around asteroid.
The general layout is very similar to Desert Oasis just on smaller scale much quicker to get ground units to enemy's base but still quick for air units with a cross in middle which ground units can intercept air units.
Please contact me if you are going to use my map in tournament just so I can watch the games. If you have any good games on the map let me know. I'm interested to consider balance issues for possible changes and considerations on future maps

Posted Jun 14, 2010I believe you need to have atleast medium graphics settings and it is only doable on space platform map. One I have here is the default one. I think I have seen somewhere in options an option to change background however I don't know of top of my head. Sorry I cant help you more

Posted Jun 14, 2010I love the look of the map. Not sure how it would play since I'm really not very good, but I don't see any huge issues with my limited knowledge.
If you don't mind me asking, how did you manage to change the background in the map? I haven't yet discovered how to do that in the editor.
Edit: I should add that I see how to change the skybox via triggers, but I don't see how to change it without them.
