Frobisher is an eccentric human with a fondness for liquid nitrogen that he likes to share with others, by coating them in it. He has enhanced CryoRockets which allow him to flash freeze enemies at a distance, as well as an extraordinarily powerful set of liquid nitrogen cannons that can be used at close range to put enemies on ice, permanently. Nothing makes Frobisher happier than to freeze his enemies, then blow them up.
