"After Emperor Valerian's overhaul of the Dominion's Ghost Program, Ghost Academy recruits evaluated to possess Psionic powers more suitable for supporting roles than for combat or infiltration are often trained as dedicated Combat Medics, Logistics Officers, or Engineers. Although their Psionic powers typically make them far superior in these roles than regular Terrans, they are almost never seen without an accompanying Ghost squad or other significant allied force as their offensive and covert capabilities are inferior to that of typical Ghosts."
