Initial Stages. Working item system on neutral buildings, AI attackers and pathing, initial weapon balance is set (needs to be tested).

Work needed on: - Terrain (lighting and doodads) - Dialogs (shops and ui) - Weapons (actors) - Game balance - Victory conditions - MODELS! game is using a variety of air unit actors as boats until I can import appropriate models.
